Ludo is the board game nearly everyone has grown up with. Roll the dice, work your tokens around the board, and get all of them home before your rivals do.
What makes Ludo different
Ludo feels like nothing but dice luck, yet small choices stack up. Spreading your tokens out leaves you more options on every roll, while bunching them together just makes them easy targets.
Safe squares are your best friend. With an opponent sitting just behind you, it is often worth burning a roll to park a token on one instead of charging ahead.
How to play Ludo
- Roll a six to release a token from your base.
- Move your tokens by the number showing on the dice each turn.
- Land on an opponent’s token and it is sent all the way back to their base.
- The first player to bring every token home wins.
Tips before you play
Park tokens on safe squares when rivals are closing in, and spread your moves around so a single bad roll does not unravel your whole game.
