No documents to upload
A Rummy account is built from your mobile number and an OTP, full stop — no ID upload, no KYC queue standing between you and a withdrawal. The trade-off is that your phone number is the key to the account, so never pass an OTP to anyone, support impersonators included.

Withdrawal pending or deposit missing? Find your case
Deposits and withdrawals usually clear inside 1–5 minutes. When one drags, the reason is nearly always somewhere in the table below — and most of these you can check for yourself in under a minute.
| What you see | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| You can withdraw less than your balance shows, or nothing at all | Your cash has not been wagered 1× yet, or the money in play is bonus money with wagering still open | Finish the 1× on your cash first. For bonus money, see the bonus wagering rules |
| Request rejected straight away | Amount below ₹150, or the payout account details are wrong | Raise the amount, then re-check the UPI ID, account number and IFSC letter by letter |
| Withdrawal stuck on Pending | The payout account is in someone else’s name, or the bank is slow (Sunday, bank holiday) | Use an account in your own name. Wait 30 minutes, then contact support |
| Marked Completed but not in your bank | The bank has not posted the credit yet | Ask support for the UTR number of the payout and show it to your bank |
| Deposit left your bank, balance unchanged | UPI confirmation is still on its way | Wait up to 30 minutes. After that, send support the UTR from your UPI or bank app |
| USDT sent, nothing arrived | Sent on ERC20 or BEP20 instead of TRC20, or to an old address | Send support the transaction hash. Transfers on the wrong network are often lost for good |
How to escalate a delayed payment
- Collect the detailsYour player ID, the amount, the time, the method and the UTR or transaction hash. A screenshot of the transaction history helps.
- Open live chatTap Support in the app, or open live chat from the Help Center. It runs 24/7.
- Keep it in one threadOpening a new chat for the same payment restarts the queue. Reply in the same conversation.
- Need to send files?Email spin777official@gmail.com with your player ID in the subject line.
Rummy support will never ask for your OTP, your UPI PIN, or a “release fee” sent to some personal UPI ID. Anyone who does is not us, whatever their profile picture claims.
Frequently asked questions
My deposit left my bank but is not in my balance. What now?
UPI transfers occasionally take a few minutes to settle. Once it has been more than 30 minutes, message support with the UTR or reference number straight from your banking app.
Can I withdraw to someone else's account?
No — the payout account has to be your own. Cashing out to a friend's account is the single most common reason a withdrawal gets paused for checks.
How long does a Rummy withdrawal take?
Typically 1 to 5 minutes across UPI, Indian Bank, USDT and UPAY. Bank transfers can lag on Sundays and public holidays. Anything still pending after 30 minutes is worth raising in live chat with your player ID to hand.
Why can I not withdraw my whole balance?
Deposited cash has to be wagered once before it is free to leave, and bonus money only unlocks after its own wagering is cleared. That is why bonus funds sit in a separate Bonus balance, kept apart from your real cash.
